Who made the sounds, what the toy does with your mic, and the small print.

The toy

Happy Birthday, Charlie is an unofficial fan toy made to celebrate Charlie Kirk's birthday on October 14. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Charlie Kirk, his family, or Turning Point USA.

It's free to play and provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Your microphone

The mic button is optional, and your browser asks before it turns on. The toy only measures how loud the sound is, on your device, to tell when you blow. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent anywhere, and the mic switches off when you tap the button again or close the page.

Art

The character is traced from the original drawing and redrawn as vector shapes. The drawing belongs to its artist.

Music

"Happy Birthday to You" is in the public domain.

The recording is "Music Box, Happy Birthday.wav" by InspectorJ (www.jshaw.co.uk) of Freesound.org, licensed under CC BY 4.0. We trimmed it to one full verse, leveled it and converted it to MP3.

Sound effects

Every sound is a real recording from Freesound, released by its author under CC0 1.0. CC0 doesn't require credit, but they earned it. We trimmed, leveled and converted each one.
